Review: Zenni Optical

Okay, so I am so excited to share with you all today's review! If you follow me on Instagram you may have noticed that noticed that I wear prescription glasses! And if you don't follow me on Instagram than you should be! Although you rarely see me photographed in my glasses. To be honest I think they make me look matronly. I have owned the my current prescription glasses for way too long. I have been in the market for new ones for a while. Now if you don't wear glasses you may not be aware that new pair can easily run $280. A dew weeks ago I came across a website ZenniOptical.com. They offer prescription glasses at a steep discount. They have a large selection of frames to choose from. The downside is that your buying online so you can not try them on, essentially your buying site unseen. This idea was a bit intimidating for me considering that the process of choosing new frames is time consuming. After a few days of checking out the website, I found two pair that I liked. At $12.95 each including the price of lenses I figured I’d take the chance and order them. Using the prescription that I already have I placed my order. With shipping, frames and upgraded lenses I spent $40 for two pain of prescription glasses. Standard lenses are included in the sticker price. You can't beat that with a stick! I bought two pair; one tinted for outdoor wear and one pair for reading and everyday wear.

It took about two weeks from ordering time until the glasses arrived at my door step. And let me tell you...I love them! Both pair are super cute and trendy and the prescription is right on point with my more expensive pair I purchased at the retail store at more than four times the cost. I love Zenni Optical and I will never spend full retail on prescription eye wear ever again!
